Cats vs. Humans – What’s the Difference?
While catnip often excites and energizes cats (due to a compound called nepetalactone), it has the opposite effect in humans—acting as a mild sedative. For people, catnip is more closely related to the calming effects of herbal teas like chamomile or lemon balm.

Tips:

If you are sensitive to alcohol, put your dose in a shot glass of hot water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Take the entire shot once it is cooled enough for you to drink.

How to Use:

Take 1–2 dropperfuls up to 3 times daily, or as recommended by a healthcare provider. Can be taken directly or added to water, tea, or juice.

Dosage for Children:

-ages 2-12 years old: (Age in years) / (Age + 12) = % of Adult dose
-infants and up to 2 years old: (Age in months) / 150 = % of Adult dose
