Tips: If you are sensitive to alcohol, put your dose in a shot glass of hot water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Take the entire shot once it is cooled enough for you to drink.

How to Use: Take 30-60 drops up to 4 times daily as needed while sick, 1-2 times daily for general support. Can be taken directly or added to water, tea, or juice.

Dosage for Children:
-ages 2-12 years old: (Age in years) / (Age + 12) = % of Adult dose
-infants and up to 2 years old: (Age in months) / 150 = & of Adult dose
